During the 2008 to 2010 housing crisis, Kevin was selected to complete REO appraisal work for Wachovia Bank, which was later acquired by Wells Fargo. At a time when accurate valuations were critical, he was trusted to handle complex assignments that required both speed and precision.

That experience continues to inform his work today, particularly in situations involving distressed properties, pre-foreclosures, and time-sensitive valuations. He remains available for direct assignments from institutions seeking experienced support with REO and pre-foreclosure properties.
